How to start your car with the emergency car starter
Turn off all lights and any power consuming devices in your car to save as much battery level as possible.
Turn on the dome light inside your car, even it may not yet light up.
Plug the Emergency Car Starter into your vehicle’s cigarette lighter socket. Turn the ignition key to the Accessory position, then push the ON/OFF switch on the Emergency Car Starter to turn it on.
The dome light inside your car should gradually bright up indicating battery charging in going on. Upon seeing the dome light brightening up, turn off the dome light to save an extra bit of power consumption.
Keep charging for about 20 mins, try to start the car engine. If the battery level is still to low to start the car yet, DO NOT TRY AGAIN. Instead, wait for another 20 mins, your car should start right up after this amount of charging time.
Note: Don’t let the battery completely drained out (for example, less than 10 amp left) to a state that the charging process can’t wake it up, otherwise other starting methods has to be sought.
This Car Starter outputs at 12 volt. It can be used to power up other devices with 12 volt inputs as well.
